Owol Fried Banana Cake

Dear Friends,

Finally I'm back with a recipe for new cake. I think what I write above it's such a long name for a cake I dont know what is called in English but I just need to translate from Indonesian to English =)
I am not sure if some of you are used to eat fried bananas but here in Indonesia is one our desserts besides breads or normal cakes lol "normal cake"? haha :D
Well, find bananas to be fried because  there's kinds of bananas :)

So here is Owol Fried Bananas looks like it has owol because of the cheese, it's just a popular term here.

 These bananas I put chocolate ceres on them with cheese andcondensed milk . Trust me I love it! I thought it will have no good taste...but finally it became delish! :)

So here is how did I make....

First

peeled banana and split into two or three such fans

Second

provide flour, a little sugar and salt according to how many bananas. Look at the picture!

Third

Put the water and mix all the dough

Fourth 

Now put the bananas into the dough before get into frying pan

Fifth 

frying and not till charred

Once it's done then put cheese, chocolate ceres, and  condensed milk
and cut according your tatse

Ready to be served
